Questions people ask first
Does it change my chart or my saved layouts?
No. The skin is drawn behind the chart, not inside it. Nothing is written to your TradingView or TopstepX settings, and switching CandleVault off restores the original look.
Will it slow my platform down?
It is designed not to. Skins animate in a background thread at a modest resolution, pause while the tab is hidden, and can be frozen with the optional power saver. If something ever feels off, switch it off with Alt+Shift+B and tell us.
Which sites does it work on?
TradingView works as soon as you install it. For TopstepX and other platforms that embed TradingView charts, open the extension on that site and press the button to turn it on there. You approve each site once.
Do I need an account?
Yes, but there is no password. You enter your email and we send a six-digit code. It keeps your skins and plan tied to you across computers.
What do you store about me?
Your email address, your plan, and the skins you have unlocked. Files you add to My Media stay in your browser unless you share them. Read the privacy page for the details.
How do Pro skins know how I am doing?
They read the price change already shown on your chart. That happens inside your browser. Nothing is sent to us or stored. If a chart does not show it, the skin stays neutral, and you can pin it to always green or always red in the extension.
Can I upload my own images and videos?
Yes: pictures, GIFs and short clips. Only upload things you made or have permission to use. Anything shared to the Gallery is reviewed before other members can see it.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, at any time, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Email us and we will sort it out the same day.
Is CandleVault connected to TradingView or TopstepX?
No. CandleVault is an independent project. TradingView and TopstepX are trademarks of their owners.
