The service
CandleVault is a browser extension and website that draw visual backgrounds behind charts on supported sites. It is a cosmetic tool. It does not provide financial advice, trading signals or market data, and it does not affect how your trading platform works.
Your account
You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that email private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Content you share
Only share pictures, GIFs and clips that you made or have the right to use. By sharing to the Gallery you let us host and show the file to other members. We review shared items and may remove any item at any time, for example if it is copied, offensive or unsafe. You can remove your own items whenever you like.
Plans and payment
Pro is a paid plan billed by Stripe for the period you choose. You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Contact us within 14 days of a purchase if something is wrong and we will make it right.
Lifetime Pro is a one-time payment. "Lifetime" means for as long as CandleVault is offered, not for your lifetime or ours.
Changes and ending the service
We may change, add or remove features, skins and plans at any time. We may also stop offering CandleVault altogether. If we do, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it closes. Monthly and yearly members get a refund for the time they paid for but will not use. Lifetime members who bought in the 12 months before the closing date get a refund for the unused part of that first year. We may also close an account that breaks these terms.
Not affiliated
CandleVault is independent. TradingView, TopstepX and other names belong to their owners and are used only to describe what the extension works with. Platforms can change at any time, which may stop a skin from showing until we update.
Limits
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using it, including any trading losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
